Birthday!
Today is my birthday 🎉♑🐐
When I was growing up, my family was so good about separating my birthday celebrations from Christmas. I've continued that tradition into adulthood and always do something on the day of to celebrate me and my existence.
Today I will do things I love -
🌊 visit Lake Michigan
🧀 eat cheese
🥰 spend time with loved ones
📚 read or listen to a book (I've read nearly 60 this year and am currently listening to "Goldenhand" by Garth Nix.)
📺 watch "Emily in Paris"
I'll have a party in early 2026; the last couple years I've wanted to focus on rest during this week between Christmas and New Years.
